New gym, old routine, new goals…

Today was the second day I’ve been to a fitness center since before exams last June. It was a marvelous today, and yesterday. This is how I found this place…my friend and I were talking about working out and apparently he had received a call from a fitness center for 2 weeks of free gym use and since we didn’t have anything to do we decided to go locate this place and check it personally…

Wow, I was amazed. After spending 15 million hours finding the door for entrance (literally) we went in and got a tour of the gym and it was fantastic. This gym has everything, from things you never touch to things you abuse too much, every piece of equipment existed between the walls of this red building. The place is called ‘World Health Club’ and is pretty popular so many may have heard of it. We were told of the gym’s peek hour, to which where its most busy with gym clients but luckly for my friend and I, we work out in the mornings before school which is 8:30 to about 9:30 (he comes at around 8:50 :( ).

Overall the gym was amazing, until we were discussing the cost of this place. I’m gonna make this short and not tell everyone as people might hunt me down and knock me out (gf). The cost monthly is $59 which is okay, a bit more then those recreational centers and YMCA itself but I think its worth it, also there is a starting fee…which I will not mention for many reasons.

Now that I have found a nice and close gym accessible for me, I am going to be doing some hardcore training again. I’ll be studying new human sports biology and new methods of how things work and has changed. I cannot focus on my diet yet, not until second or third week of feeling warmed in this place. But to briefly cover everything I am going to be using my old Power RepRange Shock routine which I found was amazing and would recommend it to anyone.

Because I have not yet checked my body stats such as BodyFat%, waist, height and have forgotten how much was I able to lift before leaving fitness I am going to have to consider myself as at full Restart. My current goals are (respectively):

  1. Lower Body Fat
  2. Increase Endurance, Stamina
  3. Increase Agility
  4. Muscle Tone
  5. Bulk

Not giving myself anytime limit yet, I would have to sit down and think about how long it would take to accomplish these. Alrighty, I’m out. Time to study some Digital Sciences :) feel free to comment about anything.
